In this role, enthusiasm, creativity, initiative and a can-do attitude are essential as you manage and implement client deployments and provide a high level of service to our research clients in Asia. Working closely with clients, Sales, Research, Product and Technology, you will deliver high quality research solutions to our dynamic customer base, primarily Private Banks and Wealth Management firms. Good communication skills are vital as you work with clients and sales throughout the deal-cycle from discovery to implementation and ongoing servicing. You must be a strong communicator and have a passion for delivering great service. You will be an expert on Morningstar's equity and manager research, will oversee research client deliveries and implementations, and will engage our clients with Morningstar's unique research and analysis.
Lead & manage discovery, implementation, training and support for Morningstar research solutions for new and existing clients in Asia – in close coordination with Sales, Product and Research.
Be the solutions expert with Sales and Product to identify, discover, validate and price opportunities; and demonstrate Morningstar capabilities (pre-sales).
Manage new implementations and clients deliveries of research solutions and act as the project manager. Communicate clear and concise project status to internal and external project stakeholders, track and manage key metrics such as scope, schedule and risk.
Distribute customized, high touch research content to tier one clients in a bespoke manner (get the right report to the right investor at the right time)
Perform service-oriented tasks such as fielding inbound support inquiries, managing trials, providing tutorials and site walk-throughs, setting up conversations with analysts, and setting up and deactivating logins. Monitor trial usage and duration to help identify buy signals.
Assist Product on implementing client engagement campaigns and coordinating client-facing conferences and events; including coordinating equity analyst visits.

Strong client service and investor focused ethic with ease in dealing with ambiguity; ability to create focus and keeping all stakeholders, clients and internal teams on track.
Knowledge of investments, the competitive landscape and key market trends impacting our clients.
A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, client service or solution architecture is required; ideally gained within a financial services environment.
