Responsible for directing and supervising sales operations in Citi-At-Work business acquisition space to ensure realization of sales targets and delivering on business' central growth strategies. The role comprise of mainly managing a team of Citi-At-Work Business Acquisition Managers for acquiring and expanding Citi-At-Work company customer base to ensure it's strong presence in this competitive and industry landscape. The successful candidate will achieve results through working with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and thoroughly understanding and deploying effective sales strategies to meet department objectives and goals.
Managing a team of Citi-At-Work Business Acquisition Managers
Achieved or exceed given KPIs with key focus on acquiring Roadshows and ensuring success in Roadshows. Success of roadshow is measured via New-to-Bank Customers, Ready Credit, Citigold, Citi Priority and Citi Private Client.
Entails owning recruiting, objectives setting, motivating, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance and productivity.
Reach out to customer through emails, phone calls and visit client company via arranged meetings to present how Citi-At-Work program effectively meets the needs of the employees.
Delivering of sales pitches, presentations to company client where they highlight the benefits of the Citi-At-Work program and offer and encourage company to engage CAW in organizing of events.
Assign and designate sales target, territories, leads to sales representatives according to individual potential.
Provide motivation and guidance to the sales team to enable them to improve on sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
In charge of activities of sales personnel, to assess their performance and productivity.
Conduct surveys and research to unveil information that can lead to greater sales, such as market trends, competitive analysis, viable leads, and avenues for sales opportunities.
Compile, analyze and interpret sales data to produce reports on sales performance that can be used by the Channel Head to monitor performance and make right decisions for the channel.
Provide effective sales support and services to client company.
Prepare and present sales forecast to Channel Head, offer recommendations on action plan to take to improve overall channel operations of CAW.
Generating new business opportunities from internal and external sources, including existing clients and other channels within the bank.
Attend conferences, events and trade shows to expand personal network and increase job knowledge.

Tracking and reporting on sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
Keeping up-to-date on products, competition in the financial services space
Building external relationships and creating business development opportunities through referrals.
Developing key internal relationships.
2 years of sales management experience in a banking environment preferred.
Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
Strong financial and business acumen

Excellent problem solving and sale management skills
Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners
Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levels
Excellent oral and written communication, and relationship building abilities

Demonstrated strategic ability to link Citibank strategic and financial objectives and customer goals
B2B corporate sales team management experience preferred.
