We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Channels and Distributions.
Develop and evolve integrated multiple channels strategy
Identify, manage, monitor and deliver multiple channels initiatives contributing
Drive the review of multiple channels usage to better position various channels in alignment with Commercial Banking Corporate operating model
Develop differentiated multiple channels execution plan to best suit different customer segments
Act as an expert for channel issues and facilitate effective communication of best practices
Monitor the emergence of new technologies and changing consumer behaviors
Establish close relationships with Commercial Banking businesses and marketing teams
Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve the Group strategy and business objectives
Solid experience in general banking, preferably in managing distribution channels
Proven record in driving Distribution Channel initiatives
Creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions
Strong stakeholders management skills
Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
Highly developed communication, presentation and influencing skills set.
Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
