First and foremost, candidate will be responsible for the overall ownership of the branch and its success. Candidate will be expected to monitor branch’s performance with the corporate initiatives. To gain success in this role a candidate must be responsible for the entire budgeting process for his/her branch including the full P/L aspect. Candidate is tasked with doing a vital job of dealing with the aspects of the business management at his or her branch, keeping in mind the goals of the entire company. To be successful in this role, an individual must be sales focused while understanding the importance of the role that operations and administration play in the success of the branch as well as the company as a whole.

Develop and implement strategies for business development
Drive company achievement of customer acquisition and revenue growth
Responsible for branch OSR growth development
Builds key customer relationships and implements strategies for expanding the company’s customer base and geography
Establish operational processes/ process improvement
Strategic planning and resource allocation
Ensure adherence safety programs and policies
Evaluation performance by analyzing data and metrics of branch staff
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Oversee all warehouse operations at branch level
Industry experience is preferred but not required
This position does require ample supervisory responsibilities regarding entire branch staff as it is a management position.
This job operates in a branch office, where constant business is maintained.
Travel is required for this position which varies greatly on season and sales.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required on some occasions depending on workloads, so some flexibility on work hours is necessary. Position is considered management and employee is expected to be available.
