Coordinates the MBA RC and EC paper and electronic course materials distribution ordering system from entry to delivery. Monitors inventory control. Works closely with Harvard Business School Publishing to guarantee timely delivery of course materials. Works with HBS Operations to maintain time-sensitive course material distribution schedule. Primary customer service contact for all faculty, students and staff via email, phone and in-person contact. Manages front-line walk-in service counter support in busy office. Main point of contact for departmental related distribution policy and procedures questions. Maintains departmental records and web resources. Develops training material and presents trainings on all aspects of MBA Course Distribution processes for Faculty Support Specialists. Manages temporary staff during two term start-up periods (Aug. Sept; Jan.-Feb.) Other duties as required for Course Materials Distribution office and MBA Registrar Services.

Minimum 2 + years administrative support, part of a team or related experience.
BA/BS desired. Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable working independently as well as in a cross-functional team. Solid familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and the desire and ability to learn new technologies as required. Ability to lift 35 lbs. required.
